How much does this tool costs?: Our plan starts at $499 per month. This number can increase depending on the amount of data you have and your ARR. If you want an estimation for your company, contact us.
What does 2 weeks model's warm-up mean?: In the free month we are offering, 2 weeks are needed for the model's warm-up, because we need historical churn data, and 2 weeks is the minimum to make an accurate model. It means that in one free month, you will have to wait 2 weeks while we create your model, and in the next 2 weeks, you will begin to get lists of risky users for free.
Can I cancel my subscription?: Yes, you can do it at any time you want.
Does it integrate with Intercom?: Yes, you have to connect on ChurnTarget with your Intercom's account. After you gave us access to your data, we can begin creating a model and give you lists of risky users. Visit our integration page for more information.
Can I use ChurnTarget if I don't have Intercom?: You can. Contact us directly for more information.
How does ChurnTarget would help my company reduce its churn?: We compute a list of risky users every week for your company (the size of your choice). These users are considered risky by our model. It means that they have the same behavior of users who previously churned. There is a high probability that these users will churn in the following weeks/month if nothing changes. Based on this list, your customer success team can contact them and prevent them from churning.
